· Identifying and Pursuing New Sales Opportunities:

Actively seek out and develop new leads and business opportunities within the assigned territory.

· Building and Maintaining Client Relationships:

Establish and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients to drive sales growth.

· Presenting and Selling Products/Services:

Effectively present and promote the company's paper and paperboard products to prospective and existing customers, using persuasive arguments and product knowledge.

· Negotiating Contracts:

Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients to finalize sales agreements.

· Achieving Sales Targets:

Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.

· Market Research:

Conduct market research to identify potential selling opportunities and assess customer needs.

· Analyzing Sales Data:

Prepare and analyze sales reports and forecasts to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

  1. Customer Relationship Management:

· Understanding Customer Needs:

Actively listen to and understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions that address their needs.

· Providing Excellent Customer Service:

Ensure customer satisfaction by providing prompt and effective support and addressing any concerns or issues.

· Maintaining Customer Records:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions.

  1. Collaboration and Coordination:

· Coordinating with Internal Teams:

Work closely with internal teams, such as marketing, logistics, and customer service, to ensure seamless customer experience and efficient order fulfillment.

· Reporting to Management:

Regularly report sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to management.

  1. Industry Knowledge and Professional Development:

· Staying Informed about Industry Trends:

Keep abreast of the latest industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

· Participating in Promotional Events:

Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other promotional events to generate leads and promote the company's products.

· Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills:

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills are essential for building relationships and closing deals.

· Results-Oriented Mindset:

A proactive and results-oriented approach is necessary to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.

Ability to identify and resolve customer issues and overcome sales objections.

· Experience:

Prior experience in field sales, preferably within the paper or packaging industry, is often required.

Job Type: Full-time
