**Job Description: Field Sales Coordinator**

We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic **Field Sales Coordinator** with 6 months to 1 year of experience to join our dynamic team. This role will focus on driving sales, expanding customer relationships, and contributing to business growth in the field. **Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Generation**: Identify and approach potential clients, promote products, and close sales in your assigned field territory.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing them with exceptional service and support.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay up-to-date with product features, benefits, and market trends to effectively promote our products to clients.
- **Sales Reporting**: Track sales activities, prepare daily or weekly reports, and provide feedback on sales performance to management.
- **Market Research**: Collect valuable market and competitor insights, and relay findings to the sales team for strategy improvements.
- **Sales Targets**: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
- **Problem Solving**: Address customer concerns, handle product inquiries, and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment and the achievement of business objectives.

- Field Sales / Sales Coordination: Minimum 6 months to 1 year (preferred)
