DVP & Regional Chief – Banca & Affinity

Description

Require a candidate with atleast 8-10 of relevant experience.

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Identifying new partnership opportunities and ensuring tie-ups and onboarding of prospects
  • Responsible for meeting Sales, Revenue and Product wise target of the designated region thereby ensuring profitable growth.
  • Account management - Sales and Financial reconciliation, liasioning with internal teams for on time pay out settlement of partners head quartered in the designated state.
  • Extensive travel across allocated geography, meeting partners and customers as per pre- approved travel plan.
  • Work closely with middle management team of Partners for day-to-day business-related activities like scheduling big day drives, RnR programmers, claims settlement tracking, policy cancellation refunds etc.
  • Identify and nurture talent within the team and make them ready for career progression.
  • Resolving complaints and issues efficiently and in a timely manner.
