EA to Managing Director

Job Summary:
The Executive Assistant (EA) to the Managing Director plays a critical role in supporting the Managing Director (MD) in both strategic and administrative functions. This position requires a highly organized, proactive, strong administrative and professional individual capable of handling a wide range of executive support tasks and maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and discretion with authority.
Key Responsibilities:
Executive Support:
- Manage and maintain the MD's calendar, schedule meetings, appointments, and travel.
- Coordinate and prepare for internal and external meetings, including agendas, presentations, and minutes.
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the MD.
- Screen and direct phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
Administrative Support:
- Draft and edit reports, communications, and other documents.
- Organize and maintain files, records, and documentation in both physical and digital formats.
- Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Assist with special projects and ensure deadlines are met.
Meeting & Event Coordination:
- Organize board meetings, leadership offsites, and other corporate events.
- Prepare and distribute materials in advance and manage follow-up actions.
Travel Management:
- Plan and coordinate complex travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, visas, and local transportation.
Strategic Support:
- Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making.
- Monitor and follow up on key action items and deliverables from meetings.
- Support with drafting strategic communication and briefing documents.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹50, ₹65,000.00 per month
Education:
- Master's (Preferred)
Experience:
- Executive Assistant: 10 years (Preferred)
- Personal assistant: 10 years (Preferred)
