About the role

Dashreels is seeking a highly creative and talented individual to join our team as a Promo Producer. As a key contributor to our content creation process, you will play a pivotal role in crafting compelling scripts for promotional materials, advertisements, and marketing campaigns targeting global audiences. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop engaging and innovative scripts for promotional videos, advertisements, and marketing campaigns tailored to the target audience
  • Experiment with dialogues, narrations, and other storytelling styles to bring engagement on promos
  • Research and analyse industry trends, audience preferences, and competitors' strategies to improve scriptwriting and ensure content resonates with target demographics
  • Proactively seek and incorporate feedback from internal stakeholders to refine and enhance scripts
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders and take responsibility for end-to-end production of promos
  • Analyse promo performance and related data metrics to improve promo writing skills

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of scripting experience, preferably in fictional short form content or OTT, TV, radio, or film.
  • Should be fluent in Hindi and English.
  • Proven ability to manage the entire creative lifecycle — from concept development to analysis of post-launch performance.
  • Knowledge of digital content trends, mobile video formats, and emerging storytelling platforms. Familiarity with video production workflows and tools is a strong plus.
