About Bektash:

Bektash is a fast-growing Arabic cuisine restaurant chain in Kochi, known for quality food and excellent customer service. With four successful outlets and more opening soon, we are looking for dedicated Store Managers to join our expanding team.

Role Overview:

As a Store Manager, you will lead the daily operations of the restaurant, manage staff, ensure customer satisfaction, maintain quality standards, and drive overall store performance.

Key Responsibilities: Operations Management

  • Oversee daily store operations.
  • Ensure all SOPs, hygiene, and safety standards are followed.
  • Coordinate with central management to meet company goals.

Staff Management

  • Lead and supervise kitchen and service staff.
  • Handle scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Maintain staff discipline and uniform standards.

Customer Service

  • Ensure a welcoming environment and excellent customer service.
  • Resolve customer complaints professionally.

Inventory & Quality Control

  • Monitor stock and place timely orders.
  • Conduct regular stock checks and minimize wastage.
  • Ensure food quality and hygiene at all times.

Financial Duties

  • Manage daily cash closing and sales reconciliation.
  • Support in sales forecasting and cost control.
  • Promote upselling and local marketing activities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of restaurant/hospitality management experience.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle pressure and make quick decisions.
  • Knowledge of inventory, POS systems ( Petpooja experience is a plus).
  • Must know Malayalam, English & Hindi.
  • Driving Licence required; FOSTAC certificate preferred.
  • Ability to commute/relocate to Kochi.

Education:

Higher Secondary (12th Pass) required; Hotel Management or related qualification preferred.
