Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

● Bachelor degree (Computer Science, IT, Engineering)

● Over 2+ years of experience as ERP Analyst, ERP Functional Consultant or a similar role

● Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)

● Experience with ERP Systems (Equivalent to "TCS iON" )

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to work independently, carry out duties in assigned time, effectively communicate with internal and external customers

● Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service

Key Responsibilities:

● Coordinate with software developers to address and test existing and new requirements and bug fixes.

● Work with users of ERP to understand their queries and resolve daily issues.

● Providing support to users by drafting functional requirements for ERP usage, processes and functions.

● Maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing the system's software and hardware components.

● Guide users in using various modules and assist management with functional issues.

● Provide technical input for the development, maintenance, and upkeep of ERP systems.

● Develop user manuals and participate in knowledge transfer sessions.

● Conducting user training sessions to new/existing users on new applications or processes within the system

● Reviewing and approving proposed changes to existing programs to ensure compliance with company policies

● Recommending changes in processes to improve efficiency based on analysis of data from system usage

● Generating various reports from the system and scheduling to respective users. Generating MIS reports to present to CEO.

● Providing technical support for an organization's information technology (IT) infrastructure

Sidhakala Group of Industries founded in 1997 is a press components, press toolings and welded assemblies manufacturing company. It comprises of two main units: Sidhakala Engineers (Bhosari plant); Sidhakala Industries (Chakan plant).
