  • Project description
  • We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Business Systems Analyst with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in Workday configuration and support, as well as other cloud-based business applications. This role will support and enhance enterprise systems across Finance, and Supply Chain, with additional responsibility for Par Excellence, EDI integrations with GHX Marketplace, Concur.
  • Responsibilities
  • Support Enterprise ERP System
  • Build and support Workday reports and dashboards.
  • Build and deployment of new modules/projects/enhancements
  • Change Control process of requests through migration to Production tenants
  • Supports any application upgrades, maintenance, security, access
  • Monitor ServiceNow queue for urgent requests and ticket assignments
  • Work directly with Client & Change Management to document business requirements
  • Participate in Oncall rotation with team members for critical off hours issues
  • Skills
  • Must have
  • 2+ years experience in creation/modification of matrix, composite and advanced reports and dashboards across functional areas.
  • Demonstrate ability and experience in translating functional specifications into technical deliverables.
  • Nice to have
  • Experience working in a healthcare organization or regulated industry.
  • Familiarity with Workday business processes, security, integrations, and reporting.
  • Knowledge of Agile development practices and experience in collaborative project delivery.
  • Exposure to AI/ML capabilities in Workday or related platforms (e.g., sentiment analysis, automation triggers, smart suggestions).
  • Understanding of Workday release management and feature enablement.
