Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Lead Generation


• Identify and pursue new façade project opportunities across commercial, residential, and institutional segments.


• Build and maintain a strong network with architects, façade consultants, builders, contractors, and developers.


• Track and update upcoming projects, tenders, and enquiries through market intelligence and networking.

Sales & Client Management


• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and technical discussions to promote façade systems.


• Coordinate with internal estimation, design, and technical teams for pricing and proposal preparation.


• Submit and follow up on quotations, tenders, and commercial offers.


• Negotiate and finalize projects within approved pricing and commercial terms.

Project Coordination


• Support technical and execution teams in pre-award documentation, sample approvals, and project handover.


• Maintain communication with clients throughout the project acquisition stage.

Reporting & Analysis


• Maintain and update CRM/project database regularly.


• Provide weekly/monthly sales reports, pipeline status, and competitor activity.


• Achieve assigned sales targets and business growth objectives.

Key Skills & Competencies:


• Strong understanding of façade systems, glass, aluminum, ACP, structural glazing, curtain walls, and cladding.


• Excellent networking and relationship-building skills.


• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.


• Technical understanding of drawings, BOQs, and tender documentation.


• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

Qualifications & Experience:


• Education: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil / Mechanical / Architecture (preferred).


• Experience: 3–10 years in façade, glazing, aluminum, or construction materials industry.


• Software Knowledge: Basic AutoCAD, MS Office, and CRM tools.


• Language: English (mandatory), local language (advantage).

Performance Metrics (KPIs):


• Number of new clients/projects acquired.


• Revenue and margin achieved.


• Conversion rate from enquiry to order.


• Client retention and satisfaction.


• Timely reporting and database accuracy.
