Designation - Purchase Executive

Experience required Years of Experience in Pharma Industry

Location - Science City, Ahmedabad

Job Roles & Responsibilities -

  • Manage the end-to-end purchasing process, including requisition, sourcing, and order placement

  • Coordinate all aspects of procurement from sourcing to negotiating contracts and pricing.

  • Sourcing a new vendors and suppliers.

  • Manage and prepare purchase orders, invoices, and receipts to ensure budget adherence.

  • Prepare Performa Invoice.

  • Taking a follow-ups with vendors and manufacturer.

  • Meeting Schedule with vendors.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and reliability

Skills Required -

  • 2+ years of experience in purchasing or procurement in pharma industry
  • Strong understanding of supply chain management principles
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to fast-paced project demands.
