About the Role

We're looking for a strategic and results-driven Procurement Executive/Manager to lead sourcing and procurement activities across raw materials, packaging components, and indirect categories.

You'll play a key role in optimizing costs, ensuring supply continuity, driving innovation, and fostering strong supplier partnerships that support our business growth and sustainability goals.

What You'll Do

  • Lead end-to-end procurement for raw materials, packaging, and indirect spend categories.
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies to enhance cost efficiency, quality, and supply reliability.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and contracts to achieve long-term value creation.
  • Ensure regulatory and quality compliance across all procured materials and suppliers.
  • Partner closely with Production, R&D, Quality, and Finance teams to align procurement with business priorities.
  • Monitor supplier performance through KPIs, scorecards, and regular audits.
  • Track market trends, new technologies, and value engineering opportunities to drive continuous improvement.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or Supply Chain specialization preferred.
  • 7–15 years of procurement experience in Cosmetics, FMCG, or Pharma sectors.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and strategic sourcing capabilities.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).
  • Proven expertise in raw materials and packaging sourcing.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills.

Pay: ₹14, ₹40,467.06 per month
