JOB DESCRIPTION – OPERATIONS AND AUTOMATION ASSOCIATE

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Process Automation Associate to join our dynamic team. The Automation Associate will play a crucial role in streamlining and optimizing our internal processes through automation using tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, and basic programming languages. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of process automation principles and be proficient in utilizing various software applications to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements.

·      Develop and implement automation solutions using Excel, Google Sheets, and other relevant software tools.

·      Design, build, and maintain automated workflows to streamline repetitive tasks and enhance operational efficiency.

·      Analyse existing processes to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement, and propose automation solutions to address them.

·      Provide training and support to team members on utilizing automated tools and processes effectively.

·      Stay updated on emerging automation technologies and best practices, and recommend innovative solutions to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

·      Desired Skillset for Process Automation is preferred over academic qualifications.

·      Must have demonstrated experience of either 2-3 projects in process automation, preferably in a technology-driven environment.

·      Experience with process mapping and workflow optimization techniques.

·      Self-motivated and proactive, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

·      Proficiency in App Sheet, Excel and Google Sheets, including advanced functions and formulas.

·      Basic understanding of programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or VBA.

·      Flexibility in taking up related/non-related roles and responsibilities as per business requirements.
