Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Manager - Last Mile Operation, based in Jammu. The role involves overseeing and managing the last mile delivery operations for FuelBuddy, ensuring timely and efficient execution of orders. Responsibilities include planning delivery routes, coordinating with delivery personnel and customers, maintaining quality standards, monitoring fuel stock levels, and resolving operational challenges. The Associate Manager is also expected to lead and motivate the team, enforce safety protocols, and maintain accurate records of shipments while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong operational skills in logistics, delivery management, and route planning
  • Experience in team coordination, leadership, and conflict resolution
  • Understanding of safety standards and compliance protocols for fuel delivery
  • Proficiency in using technology and software for operational tracking and reporting
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment and manage dynamic situations
  • 6+ years of experience in logistics or fuel distribution is an advantage
