About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced
Senior Technical SEO Specialist
with 10+ years of expertise in driving organic growth for large-scale websites. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in advanced technical SEO, site architecture, crawling, indexing, Core Web Vitals optimization, and SEO automation at scale. You will collaborate with developers, product managers, and marketing teams to implement best-in-class SEO strategies that maximize search visibility, traffic, and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute
    technical SEO strategy
    for enterprise-level websites.
  • Conduct comprehensive
    SEO audits
    covering crawlability, indexation, site architecture, internal linking, and schema markup.
  • Optimize
    Core Web Vitals, page speed, and mobile performance
    in collaboration with engineering teams.
  • Implement
    structured data , JSON-LD)
    to enhance SERP visibility.
  • Manage
    site migrations, redesigns, and large-scale technical changes
    ensuring minimal SEO impact.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance using
    Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Botify, DeepCrawl
    and other advanced tools.
  • Develop and implement
    log file analysis
    to improve crawling efficiency and indexing.
  • Build
    automation scripts and dashboards
    to scale SEO insights.
  • Stay updated with
    Google algorithm updates
    , industry trends, and best practices.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with
    engineering, product, and content teams
    to ensure SEO is integrated into the development lifecycle.
  • Mentor and guide junior SEO team members.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 10+ years of SEO experience
    with at least 5 years in technical SEO for enterprise websites.
  • Strong understanding of
    search engine algorithms, crawling, indexing, and ranking factors
    .
  • Proven track record of
    scaling SEO strategies
    for high-traffic websites (e.g., e-commerce, marketplaces, SaaS, or media portals).
  • Hands-on experience with
    log file analysis, site architecture optimization, and crawl budget management
    .
  • Deep knowledge of
    HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and server-side technologies (e.g., rendering, HTTP status codes, XML sitemaps, )
    .
  • Proficiency with
    SEO tools
    (Screaming Frog, Sitebulb, DeepCrawl, Botify, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, GA4, Looker Studio).
  • Strong skills in
    data analysis & reporting
    (Excel, SQL, Python/R preferred).
  • Experience working closely with
    engineering and product teams
    on SEO-driven development.
  • Excellent
    communication and stakeholder management
    skills.
