About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Team Lead with strong expertise in Python, project management, and AI/ML technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a development team, ensuring successful project delivery, and managing client and stakeholder expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and guide a team of software developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Manage end-to-end project execution, including Python full stack, AI/ML, and software development projects.
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and quality standards to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Provide technical leadership in Python, AI/ML frameworks, and full-stack development.
  • Monitor team performance, conduct reviews, and support career growth of team members.
  • Identify risks, propose mitigation strategies, and ensure smooth project execution.
  • Stay updated with the latest technology trends and incorporate best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in Python development and software engineering.
  • Hands-on experience in AI/ML frameworks, full-stack development, and cloud deployment.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum preferred).
  • Prior experience in leading teams and handling multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent client and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership abilities.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
  • Exposure to NLP, LLMs, or advanced AI models.
  • PMP/Prince2/Agile certifications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,500, ₹2,580,861.15 per year
