Sketch Lighting is hiring Retail Sales – Executive / Manager / Senior Manager (Designer Product Channel)

We are expanding our premium retail network across India with a curated range of designer lighting — developed originally for real architectural projects.

This is not commodity lighting.

This is a design-led product line built for premium projects, and now being offered to premium showrooms.

Only candidates with prior experience in selling
premium building materials, interiors, lighting, furniture, or lifestyle design products
through retail/dealer channels will be shortlisted.

If you have only worked with low-end retail, commodity products, or non-design categories — this role will
not
be a fit.

how premium retail works

how dealers think

how to sell a product with a story

how to manage relationships in design-focused showrooms

What You Will Do

  • Build and manage a network of premium lighting/decor dealers
  • Present Sketch Lighting's designer collection in showrooms
  • Plan displays, POP setups, and in-store visibility
  • Strengthen dealer relationships, monitor orders & payments
  • Support small customisation orders with defined MOQs
  • Represent a
    designer brand
    , not a mass-market label

Who You Are

  • Experience in retail sales for
    lighting/interiors/furniture/building materials/lifestyle design
  • Strong relationships with dealers & showroom owners
  • Target-driven with a sharp design sense
  • Excellent communicator and self-motivated
  • Diploma (technical) or BBA in Sales/Marketing preferred
