Job Overview:
We are seeking a smart, proactive, and professional Travel Desk Consultant to be deployed at our client site in Howrah. The ideal candidate will manage and coordinate all travel-related requirements for client employees, ensuring seamless bookings and smooth travel assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for client employees regarding their travel requirements.
- Manage and create bookings on the travel portal as per client policies.
- Maintain travel records and reports using Google Sheets and MS Excel.
- Provide guidance and assistance with Kolkata routes and local travel needs.
- Ensure timely, accurate, and hassle-free travel arrangements.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve travel-related issues.
- Deliver excellent customer service with professionalism and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Female candidates only.
- Graduate preferred (Hotel Management / Hospitality background is an advantage).
- Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written).
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and MS Excel.
- Knowledge of Kolkata routes and local travel geography is mandatory.
- Smart, presentable, and proactive in handling client employees and travel queries.
- Prior experience in a similar role (Travel Desk / Hospitality / Front Office) will be an added advantage.
