Job Title: Office Boy
- Maintain cleanliness of the office premises, including workstations, meeting rooms, reception, and pantry area.
- Ensure daily cleaning, dusting, mopping, and waste disposal.
- Keep restrooms clean and stocked with supplies.
2. Pantry & Refreshments
- Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
- Manage pantry inventory and inform admin for replenishment.
- Maintain cleanliness of pantry utensils and appliances.
3. Office Support Tasks
- Assist in photocopying, scanning, filing, and document delivery within the office.
- Arrange and serve water/tea during meetings.
- Support staff with small errands or deliveries as instructed.
4. Administrative Assistance
- Manage incoming and outgoing courier packages.
- Help arrange meeting rooms and ensure they are neat before and after use.
- Assist HR/Admin team in basic office work as needed.
5. Other Responsibilities
- Ensure office supplies (stationery, cleaning items) are well-stocked.
- Handle small tasks like bringing items from outside (if required).
- Maintain discipline, punctuality, and proper behavior in the office.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum education: 8th/10th pass.
- Basic understanding of cleaning and hospitality.
- Good behavior, honesty, and ability to follow instructions.
- Punctual and responsible attitude.
Working Hours:
- Timing: [9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
