**Office Boy**

As an Office Boy, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our office environment. You will be responsible for performing various tasks to support our daily operations, contributing to the overall efficiency and productivity of the workplace.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Office Maintenance**:

- Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of all office areas, including workstations, meeting rooms, and common areas.
- Regularly dusting and cleaning office furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
- Monitor and replenish office supplies, such as stationery, toiletries, and pantry items.
- **Assistance to Staff**:

- Assist in setting up meeting rooms and preparing refreshments for meetings and events.
- Handle and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Assist employees with minor administrative tasks as needed.
- **Errands and Tasks**:

- Run office errands, such as banking tasks, document deliveries, and purchasing office supplies.
- Handle basic office tasks, including photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
- Coordinate with external service providers, such as cleaners and maintenance personnel.
- **Security and Safety**:

- Ensure the office premises are secure during working hours.
- Monitor and report any security concerns or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience as an Office Boy or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Physical fitness and stamina to perform manual tasks, such as lifting and carrying.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to work.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

**Salary**: ₹8,478.41 - ₹18,652.97 per month
