**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office space.
- Assist in setting up meeting rooms and ensuring all necessary supplies are available.
- Manage office supplies and inventory, placing orders when necessary.
- Deliver documents and packages to relevant departments or clients.
- Support staff with basic administrative tasks as needed.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Assist in maintaining office equipment and reporting any issues.
- Provide general support to the team as required.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in an office environment is preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of office equipment and computer literacy is a plus.
