office boy's job description includes a variety of general and administrative tasks, such as: Office maintenance Keeping the office clean and organized, including dusting, vacuuming, and mopping Office supplies Maintaining and replenishing office supplies, such as paper, pens, and cleaning supplies Office equipment Monitoring the use of office equipment and supplies, and reporting any issues to management Office errands Running errands such as banking, mailing, and purchasing office supplies Office events Assisting with setting up meeting rooms and preparing for meetings, and arranging and serving refreshments Office staff support Assisting staff with minor administrative tasks, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents Office logistics Delivering mail, ordering office supplies, and ensuring facilities like air conditioning and electricity function correctly Office security Ensuring the security of office keys and documents Guest and client services Greeting guests and clients visiting the office, providing necessary information, and guiding them to the correct destination An office boy should be active, attentive, and responsible. They should also have a neat and clean personality, and be able to move outside the office for any kind of task.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
