Voice Customer Service Representative

About the Role:
We are looking for enthusiastic and confident individuals with excellent English communication skills to join our voice-based customer support team.
You will interact with global customers, resolve their queries over calls, and ensure a delightful customer experience.
A neutral or pleasant accent is a big plus — we value clarity, warmth, and professionalism in your voice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Understand customer needs and provide accurate information or solutions.
- Maintain high-quality communication standards at all times.
- Record and update customer interactions in the system.
- Collaborate with the team to improve service processes and satisfaction
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Fluent English communication (verbal and listening).
- Clear and pleasant voice; neutral or light accent preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and empathy.
- Basic computer and typing skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts (if applicable).
Preferred:
- Prior experience in voice process / BPO / call center / customer service.
- Exposure to international clients or customer-facing roles.
