About the Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic and confident individuals with excellent English communication skills to join our voice-based customer support team.

You will interact with global customers, resolve their queries over calls, and ensure a delightful customer experience.

A neutral or pleasant accent is a big plus — we value clarity, warmth, and professionalism in your voice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
  • Understand customer needs and provide accurate information or solutions.
  • Maintain high-quality communication standards at all times.
  • Record and update customer interactions in the system.
  • Collaborate with the team to improve service processes and satisfaction

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Fluent English communication (verbal and listening).
  • Clear and pleasant voice; neutral or light accent preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and empathy.
  • Basic computer and typing skills.
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts (if applicable).

Preferred:

  • Prior experience in voice process / BPO / call center / customer service.
  • Exposure to international clients or customer-facing roles.
