Job Description:

 Skills Requirement

  • Typing Speed of at least 30 WPM and 90% accuracy
  • Power BI
  • Tableau
  • Pivot Tables
  • Data modeling
  • Bulk data dumps
  • Configuring background data
  • Data management
  • Create report layout as asked
  • VBA - not necessary - would be helpful

Soft skills (Minimum)

  • Good written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to think and react to situations confidently
  • Business Analyst background
  • Must be assertive, persistent, and result-oriented, ability to work in a team environment and adhere to department guidelines
  • Must be flexible to work in 24x7 environment
  • Able to express thoughts and ideas in an accurate and understandable manner through verbal and written format with internal and external contacts
  • High Levels of Comprehension – 
  • Identifies and understands the (internal or external) customer's needs
  • Detail oriented and focused
  • Works effectively with the team to accomplish goals, takes action that respects the needs of others and those of the organization

Education Requirements

  • Minimum of Bachelor's degree in any field
