Purpose of the Role

Facilititate customer satisfaction through on time Submission of FAI & Production.

Responsibilities & Accountabilities

  • Develop and implement project management best practices, methodologies and tools to ensure project success and alignment with business objectives.
  • Track and ensure achievement of milestones at the cost fixed by the Management, and to ensure ROI.
  • Achieve Profitability as per RFQ
  • To ensure the effectiveness in sales turnover targets
  • Enhance customer satisfaction through efficient project management to enable achievement of business units vision and goals
  • Acheive value added order inflow
  • Ontime submission of FAI
  • Creating a project plan, assigning tasks and responsibilities, and ensuring that the implementation is on track and on time
  • Ontime collection of Payments
  • Identify and manage risks and issues, and develop contingency plans to mitigate their impact.
  • Conduct research and analysis to support project decision-making and recommendations, including the development of reports and presentations.
  • Assist in the planning, coordination and execution of projects, including tracking project timelines, milestones and deliverables.
  • Acheive production OTD
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including meeting notes, project status reports, and other relevant project-related materials.
  • Identifying areas for improvement in the business unit's strategy implementation processes and driving continuous improvement.
