Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to lead and deliver complex technology projects across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent project management skills, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to closure. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations. Manage cross-functional teams including developers, QA, DevOps, and business analysts. Monitor project progress and proactively identify and mitigate risks. Ensure technical feasibility and alignment with business objectives. Conduct regular status meetings and provide updates to senior management. Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effective delivery. Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes. Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 8-10 years of experience in IT/technology project management. PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications is must. Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile, and Waterfall methodologies. Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or similar. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Technical background in software development or infrastructure is preferred. Preferred Attributes: Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Experience working with global teams and clients. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
