Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Corporate Trainer, located in New Delhi with some work-from-home flexibility. The Corporate Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging training programs, conducting needs assessments, creating instructional materials, and evaluating training effectiveness. The Trainer will work closely with various departments to ensure all trainees acquire the skills needed for their roles, continually updating and improving training modules as necessary.

Qualifications

  • Experience in developing and delivering training programs and instructional materials
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills
  • Abilities in conducting needs assessments and evaluating training effectiveness
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using e-learning platforms and training software
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • Experience in the EdTech sector is a plus
