Job Summary:

As a Human Resource Trainer at Schola Classes, you will deliver high-impact online sessions designed to enhance the HR skills and job readiness of our learners. You will create engaging and interactive lessons, conduct live workshops, and evaluate learner performance through assessments and practical activities. The role is ideal for professionals passionate about teaching, training, and empowering students to build successful careers in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate live online classes and training sessions for learners enrolled in HR and business management programs.
  • Design and deliver interactive lessons on core HR concepts such as recruitment, performance management, HR analytics, employee engagement, and labor laws.
  • Conduct assessments, case studies, and mock interviews to evaluate learner progress and readiness.
  • Collaborate with program managers and academic teams to update training content and ensure alignment with industry standards.
  • Provide personalized coaching and constructive feedback to learners to improve their practical understanding.
  • Participate in curriculum development, content enhancement, and regular academic reviews.
  • Stay updated on emerging HR trends, tools, and practices to ensure training relevance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in HR operations, learning and development, or corporate training.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and coaching skills.
  • Proficiency with online teaching tools (Zoom, Google Meet, LMS platforms).
  • Ability to create engaging learning experiences for diverse audiences.
  • Prior teaching or edtech training experience preferred.
