Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate household staff, including 1 Family Maharaj and 2 general household helpers
  • Oversee overall upkeep, cleanliness, and maintenance of the 4,000–5,000 sq. ft. flat
  • Ensure smooth kitchen and dining operations, liaising with the family maharaj and staff
  • Manage inventory, procurement, and vendor coordination for groceries, supplies, and maintenance
  • Ensure proper functioning of appliances, scheduling maintenance or repairs as needed
  • Assist with guest hospitality and ensure readiness for visitors and family events
  • Maintain household budgets, petty cash, and expense records
  • Provide support for family logistics including appointments, deliveries, and household errands
  • Maintain discretion, confidentiality, and uphold service standards at all times
Candidate Requirements:
  • Prior experience in managing large private households or 5-star hotel operations
  • Strong organizational and people management skills
  • Ability to multitask and handle dynamic family schedules
  • Discreet, well-groomed, and service-focused
  • Fluent in English and Hindi (additional local languages are a plus)
  • Mumbai-based candidates preferred or willing to relocate
