  • Prepare and update detailed project schedules in MSP with clearly defined milestones.
  • Track project progress against the baseline and issue weekly/monthly variance reports.
  • Identify critical path activities and highlight bottlenecks proactively.
  • Liaise with design, procurement, approvals, and execution teams to ensure timely flow of drawings, materials, and statutory clearances.
  • Follow up with internal and external stakeholders to ensure milestone adherence.
  • Conduct delay analysis and recommend recovery plans to avoid schedule slippages.
  • Prepare and present project dashboards, look-ahead plans, and progress reports to senior management.
  • Support the Project In-Charge in client meetings by providing schedule-related insights.
  • Coordinate with QA/QC, HSE, and Construction teams to integrate quality and safety into planning deliverables.
  • Lead planning engineers and mentor them on schedule management
