Elevate is recruiting a US Recruitment Specialist to join our Contracts team. As a US Recruitment Specialist, you will coordinate all communication between candidates and hiring managers.
Specifically, the US Recruitment Specialist will:
- Post open positions on job boards globally.
- Formulate a methodology to determine the best sourcing strategy per job such as: Job Posting, Social Outreach, Employee Referral, Manager Co-Sourcing, Email Campaigns and others.
- Liaison with service line managers to understand and create appropriate job descriptions.
- Shortlist potential interested/suitable candidates.
- Monitor and administer Elevate HRMS globally.
- Manage Elevate recruitment workflow tool by updating candidates' recruitment status, sending email notifications, scheduling interviews with stakeholders, creating evaluation forms for different positions, etc.
- Draft offer letters and related contracts for selected candidates.
Skills for success:
- Excellent attention to detail and an analytical mind.
- Ability to understand different service lines and the industries they support Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
- Keen knowledge of the difference between high volume sourcing activities vs. high complexity sourcing activities.
- Ability to engage clients in a way that instils confidence and fosters strong client relationships.
- Polished professional and client service-oriented attitude, with a proven track record of understanding and meeting (or exceeding) client expectations.
Experience.
- 4+ years' experience in the LPO/BPO/KPO sector
- Min 2 years in a recruiting/sourcing role Experience in working on job portals like Indeed, Monster, Simply Hired etc.
- CRM and sourcing plan development Experience in HR administration and reporting preferred.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills Applicant tracking systems Recruitment portals HRMS like Oracle ERP, PeopleSoft, etc. Recruitment management tools like The Resumator, Recruiter Box, , etc.
Qualifications
- Any graduate or equivalent experience MBA HR preferred.
