Overview

AZISTA COMPOSITES PRIVATE LIMITED (ACPL), part of the AZISTA Group, is established to realize the most demanding high-temperature engineering applications. We design, develop, manufacture, test and qualify: Carbon-Carbon Composites (CCs), Ceramic-Matrix-Composites (CMCs) and Phthalonitrile (PN) based polymer matrix composites. Some of the products under development include CC Brake Discs for Aircraft, Self-Standing Convergent-Divergent Nozzles, Composite overwrapped hydrogen pressure vessels and CMCs for hypersonic applications among others. We operate the most advanced setup for end-to-end delivery of high-temperature composites in India. A young and highly motivated team of 75 scientists and engineers is growing rapidly and we are keen to onboard more exciting talent.

Job Summary:

The Production Technician is responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting machinery and equipment in the production area to ensure efficient and safe manufacturing processes. This role ensures product quality and compliance with production schedules and standard operating procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate production equipment safely and efficiently according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Monitor production lines to ensure continuous operation and resolve any minor mechanical issues.
  • Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on machines.
  • Assemble, load, and package products per specifications and quality standards.
  • Document production data accurately in logs or software systems.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area.
  • Follow all safety protocols and always wear appropriate PPE.
  • Assist with changeovers, setups, and calibrations of production equipment.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
  • Identify and report potential issues or improvements in the production process.

Qualifications:

  • ITI, Diploma, B.Sc. or equivalent required; technical certification or vocational training preferred.
  • Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is a plus.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, or schematics.
  • Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Physically fit and able to stand, lift, and move throughout the shift.
  • Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends or overtime if required.
