Job Location: Hyderabad

Seeking a skilled Extrusion Technician to operate and maintain Extruder machine used in the production of medical tubing.

  • Operate and monitor the extruder machine for tubing trials / production
  • Ability to assemble and disassemble extruder head and die / pin assembly
  • Conduct trial runs as per defined schedules and timelines.
  • Record all relevant trial data including process parameters, observations, and outcomes.
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of the extrusion set up
  • Willingness to stand for the entire duration of the shift and flexibility with shift timings to support trial completion
