**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain biodegradable product manufacturing machines (e.g., for PLA, PHA, starch-based materials, etc.)
- Lead the design and development of new machinery components to improve efficiency and product quality
- Collaborate with R&D teams to integrate biodegradable materials with mechanical systems
- Conduct trials and tests to evaluate machinery performance and optimize settings
- Ensure all equipment and processes comply with environmental and safety regulations
- Analyze machine data to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements
- Train technical staff and operators on machine setup and operation
- Document technical specifications, maintenance procedures, and quality control standards

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of experience working with biodegradable machinery or sustainable manufacturing equipment
- Strong knowledge of biodegradable materials and their processing techniques
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and PLC systems
- Familiarity with injection molding, extrusion, thermoforming, or compostable packaging machinery is a plus
- Ability to read technical drawings and machine schematics
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹34,586.88 per month
