Job Description

  • Perform diagnosis and troubleshooting of winding machines to identify issues.
  • Disassemble, inspect, and repair winding machines, replacing parts/spares / as per SOP's
  • Conduct functional tests to verify performance after repair.
  • Carry out preventive maintenance on winding machines in the field to avoid unexpected breakdowns.
  • Respond promptly to service calls, managing repairs onsite and coordinating part replacements.
  • Maintain detailed service reports documenting repair activities, test results, and participate in performing Root Cause Analysis.
  • Collaborate with other service technicians and departments to ensure quality and timely completion of work.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
