Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Head - Corporate Sales (Agency and Broker) based in Bengaluru. The role involves managing corporate sales through agency and broker channels, developing and implementing business plans, and fostering relationships with clients and partners. This position requires leading and managing a sales team, overseeing account management activities, and driving the achievement of organizational sales targets. The Area Head will also be responsible for ensuring team alignment with company objectives and maintaining strong performance levels.
