Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced recruiter to lead hiring for our investment research and analytics practice. This role demands deep understanding of research profiles aligned to PE/HF mandates and a hands-on approach to identifying and evaluating high-quality candidates.
You will work closely with leadership to define hiring needs, build a quality pipeline, and manage end-to-end recruitment across analyst to manager levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive hiring for roles in financial and business research, financial modeling, benchmarking, and data analytics
- Partner with practice leaders to define role specifications and candidate profiles
- Develop targeted sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, job boards, and research-specific networks
- Screen candidates for technical skills and contextual fit
- Track hiring metrics such as time-to-hire and pipeline quality
- Build and maintain a strong network of relevant talent
- Stay informed on compensation benchmarks and peer hiring trends
- Support research-focused branding and lateral hiring initiatives
Requirements
- 5-8 years of talent acquisition experience in research/KPO/consulting domains
- Strong understanding of hiring for research roles supporting PE, HF, and similar clients
- Ability to assess candidates for modeling, research, and analytical skills
- Excellent sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management capabilities
