About the Role:

We're looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven
Lead Calling Executive

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will handle
lead calls

after connecting with potential clients, understanding their needs, and nurturing them into qualified business opportunities. Domain knowledge in Hospitality (Hotels), Travel and Digital Marketing is preferred. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage and follow up with leads generated through online and offline campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Website, Events, etc.)
  • Understand client requirements and share relevant service information (Digital Marketing, Travel Packages, Hotel Bookings, etc.)
  • Maintain accurate call logs, follow-ups, and conversion records using CRM tools.
  • Coordinate with internal marketing and sales teams for smooth lead handover.
  • Achieve daily and weekly call and conversion targets.
  • Collect feedback and customer insights to enhance campaign performance and service quality.

Requirements:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (English & Hindi).
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing, travel, or hospitality sales processes preferred.
  • Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused personality.
  • Self-motivated with good time management and follow-up discipline.
  • Familiarity with CRM software will be an added advantage.
