We're Hiring: Customer Support Executive | Nutridocs
Location:
Saraswati Vihar, Pitampura, Delhi (Work from Office)
Shift Timings:
9 AM – 6 PM | 10 AM – 7 PM | 12 PM – 9 PM
Salary:
Up to ₹25,000/month
Role Overview:
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive who is empathetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries via calls, chats, and emails in a professional and courteous manner.
- Guide customers about our nutrition services, plans, and offerings.
- Collect and manage customer feedback through forms and follow-up calls.
- Handle customer escalations with a calm, solution-oriented approach.
- Maintain accurate customer records and ensure seamless communication.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly with a customer-first attitude.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support within the health-tech or wellness industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to multitask and handle customer interactions efficiently.
