Eligibility Criteria:

  • Education: Minimum 12th Pass
  • Languages: Fluency in Hindi (mandatory)
  • Good communication and persuasion skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote financial products.
  • Explain product features, benefits, and offers clearly in Hindi.
  • Convert leads into successful sales and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate customer details, call logs, and feedback in the system.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
