About the Role:
We're looking for a driven and energetic Offline Sales Agent who thrives in the field. The role focuses on exploring, activating, and converting new offline sources of lead generation — from hyperlocal marketing initiatives to on-ground partnerships and brand activations. You'll be the face of our brand in local markets, driving awareness, engagement, and conversions through creative offline channels.

Key Responsibilities:

● Activate offline lead generation sources, including hyperlocal channels, community networks, and local area partnerships.

● Execute on-ground marketing activities such as events, flyers, kiosks, and brand stalls to generate leads. ● Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, institutions, and influencers for partnership opportunities.

● Regularly visit target areas to identify high-potential zones for outreach and branding.

● Support offline branding efforts and contribute creative ideas to increase local visibility.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

● Number of leads generated through offline channels

● Percentage of leads attending appointments

● Conversion rate from offline leads

Requirements:

● 1–2 years of experience in offline sales, field marketing, or business development.

● Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Kannada knowledge is preferred.

● Good understanding of local markets and comfort with on-ground execution.

● Self-motivated, confident, and results-oriented with a go-getter attitude.

● Comfortable working independently and meeting performance targets.

● Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM tools for tracking and reporting.

● Willingness to travel locally for field activities
