Job description for L1:

We are looking for engineers who can work individually on complex features of physical layer. Work includes deep understanding of issues and providing state-of-art solutions to the problems seen in real time and during product design and development. Engineer will be part of highly competitive team where micro-specialization is not encouraged and there is lot of space for technical growth.

Mandatory Technical Skills:

  1. Strong signal processing fundamentals with excellent academic background.

  2. Solid background in cellular communication system with working experience in one of the wireless standards(3GPP/3GPP2/Wi-Max)

  3. Excellent programming skills in C/C++/MATLAB.

  4. Development of key modules and can develop quick working prototypes.

  5. Proven skills in design and development of new features on the physical layer.

  6. Ability to code/debug framework and algorithm in multi-core environment.

Good to have Technical Skills:

  1. Proven ability in enhancing algorithm performance.

  2. Ability to identify issues in architecture and design with ease (Excellent problem analysis and debugging skills).

  3. Usage of test tools which include signal generators and analyzers.

  4. Experience in multi-layer integration and optimization techniques.

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

  1. Bachelors or Masters degree in Electronics and Communication or relevant fields.

Personal Characteristics:

  1. Ability to work as part of a high competitive environment and should be able to handle pressure of hitting deadlines which is part of startup.

  2. Should be a self-starter and should be ready for multi-tasking.
