We are seeking a highly creative and versatile Senior Graphic & Motion Designer to join our team. This role requires a balance of design innovation, visual storytelling, and technical expertise across digital, print, and video. You will be responsible for conceptualizing and delivering impactful visuals that elevate our brand presence, engage audiences, and support business objectives across multiple channels.

With 4+ years of professional experience, you should have a strong portfolio that demonstrates your ability to design across mediums, craft compelling narratives, and transform ideas into visually stunning outputs.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Visual Design: Produce high-quality designs for marketing campaigns, social media, presentations, websites, and product collaterals.

Motion & Video Editing: Edit and produce engaging short-form and long-form video content, adding motion graphics, animations, and transitions to bring stories to life.

Brand Storytelling: Ensure all design assets align with the brand's visual identity, delivering consistency across campaigns and platforms.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and communication teams to develop design concepts that meet business goals.

End-to-End Ownership: Manage the complete creative process—from brainstorming, storyboarding, and prototyping to final delivery.

Innovation & Trends: Stay ahead of design and multimedia trends, experimenting with new formats, styles, and technologies to keep content fresh and engaging.

Asset Management: Maintain a library of templates, graphics, and multimedia assets for seamless team use.

Multi-Platform Adaptation: Customize creatives for diverse platforms, including web, mobile, print, social, and events.

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.

4+ years of proven experience in graphic design, visual communication, or motion design.

Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite:

Photoshop – photo editing, creative compositions

Illustrator – branding, vector graphics, icons

InDesign – layouts, print-ready designs

Premiere Pro – video editing & post-production

Strong video editing and motion graphics capabilities.

Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.

Ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize deadlines, and deliver under pressure.

Exceptional creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.

Nice to Have

Knowledge of After Effects or other animation software.

Experience in UI/UX design for digital products.

Familiarity with digital marketing trends and social media content creation.
