About the Role:

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer and Video Editor to join our remote team. This is a critical role for an individual who can translate marketing objectives into compelling visual stories and high-quality video content. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundational understanding of design principles and be an expert in the industry-standard software suite.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design Execution: Conceptualize, design, and produce a wide range of digital and print assets, including social media creatives, website banners, landing page visuals, presentations, e-books, and campaign graphics.
  • Video Production: Lead the end-to-end video editing process, including footage review, cutting, splicing, adding motion graphics, sound design, and color correction for marketing videos, educational content, and promotional clips.
  • Brand Guardian: Ensure all visual output adheres strictly to brand guidelines, maintaining consistency, quality, and aesthetic appeal across all platforms.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Digital Marketing and Content teams to understand campaign requirements and deliver visuals that meet performance goals.
  • Conceptualization: Develop creative concepts and storyboards for new campaigns and video projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience in graphic design and video editing.
  • Expert Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, including:
  • Photoshop and Illustrator for graphic design.
  • Premiere Pro and After Effects for video editing and motion graphics.
  • Familiarity with other tools like CorelDraw is a plus.
  • Strong Design Understanding: Deep knowledge of typography, color theory, layout, visual hierarchy, and established design principles.
  • Video Expertise: Proven ability to produce engaging, high-quality video content suitable for various digital platforms (YouTube, Instagram Reels, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Self-Motivated & Remote Ready: Must be disciplined, highly organized, and effective in a work-from-home setting with a reliable internet connection.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate design decisions and receive feedback professionally.
  • Immediate Availability to join and hit the ground running is required.
