We are looking for an experienced Graphics Designer who has an in-depth knowledge of graphic design, styles, and layout techniques. The Graphics Designer should be able to manage entire process of defining requirements, visualizing, and creating graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts, and photos. You will be the one to shape the visual aspects of websites, brochures, flyers etc.

Your graphics should capture the attention of those who see them and communicate the right message. For this, you need to have a creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into design. If you can communicate well and work methodically as part of a team, we would like to meet you.

**_Designation: Graphics Designer_**

**_Reporting To: CEO / CTO_**

**_Work Mode: Full Time / Remote_**

**_Duties/Responsibilities: _**
- Study design briefs and determine requirements.
- Schedule projects and define budget constraints.
- Conceptualize visuals based on requirements.
- Prepare rough drafts and present ideas.
- Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand.
- Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic.
- Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design.
- Test graphics across various media.
- Amend designs after feedback.
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
- Define and establish graphic design standards and guidelines for brands assigned.
- Additional responsibilities may be adopted as needed.

**_Required Skills/Abilities: _**
- Proven experience as Graphics Designer.
- Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus.
- Hands-on experience and expertise with image editing software, like Photoshop, Figma,
- CorelDraw, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and Dreamweaver.
- Highly motivated and creative individual.
- Ability to handle rejection / feedback and yet achieve objective with high standards.
- 2D/3D design knowledge.
- Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colors, fonts, and layouts.
- A keen eye for aesthetics, details and ability to communicate vision effectively to senior stakeholders / clients.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to lead/drive Initiatives and collaborate with a remote team.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Should be able to work as an individual contributor with minimum guidance.
- Should have a high sense of responsibility, be communicative, self-organized, open minded, and participative in users’ functional and business requirement studies.
- **Work Environment Requirements**:_
- A PC/Laptop with a minimum of 8GB of RAM, a mid-end processor, and an OS of your choice.
- An internet connectivity with minimum of 50 MBPS, and with uninterrupted power supply.
- A quiet and uninterrupted working environment with a dedicated desk.
