Influencer & Community Manager Intern

We're looking for an
Influencer & Community Manager
who is passionate about influencer marketing, skilled at building strong relationships, and capable of managing multiple brand accounts seamlessly. If you enjoy working with creators, negotiating deals, and bringing marketing campaigns to life, we'd love to have you on board.

Job Location:
We work out of our JP Nagar office and expect the same.

Compensation:
10k/ month for the duration of 3 months of internship with the aim to convert to full time position.

Responsibilities:

Influencer Partnerships & Management

  • Identify, vet, and onboard influencers aligned with brand goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers and content creators
  • Negotiate contracts, deliverables, and pricing for influencer collaborations

Account Management & Client Communication

  • Serve as the main point of contact for brand clients, managing day-to-day communication
  • Understand client objectives and develop strategic influencer marketing campaigns
  • Track campaign performance, providing reports and insights to clients

Campaign Execution & Performance Analysis

  • Oversee influencer deliverables to ensure quality, brand alignment, and deadlines
  • Monitor engagement metrics and optimize campaign strategies for maximum ROI
  • Work closely with content creators to ensure authenticity and effectiveness

Trendspotting & Strategy Development

  • Stay updated on influencer marketing trends, platform updates, and emerging creators
  • Suggest innovative campaign ideas that resonate with target audiences
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging campaign concepts

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.)
  • Exceptional relationship-building and negotiation skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and optimize campaign performance
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • A proactive attitude with a passion for influencer marketing and brand storytelling
