Aurotoshi is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Project Coordinator (matured Female) living in/around Ghaziabad to support our Site Operations team. The ideal candidate will ensure project execution aligns with defined timelines, quality standards, and customer expectations while coordinating between internal teams, contractors, and clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure projects are planned and executed within defined timelines and scope.
  • Maintain complete and accurate project documentation and communication records.
  • Optimize manpower and contractor allocation for seamless execution.
  • Maintain transparent and professional communication with clients, internal teams, and contractors.
  • Support financial control and tracking of project budgets.
  • Ensure smooth project handover and client satisfaction.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering (preferred).

3–5 years of experience in project coordination or site operations.

Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.

Hands-on experience in managing on-site teams and project documentation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11, ₹30,000.00 per month
