  • Planning: Define project goals, scope, and detailed project plans, including budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
  • Execution and monitoring: Lead the project team, assign tasks, manage daily operations, and track progress against the plan.
  • Budget and resource management: Oversee project budgets, manage resources, and ensure that expenses stay within the allocated limits.
  • Team and stakeholder management: Lead, motivate, and coordinate project teams. Serve as the primary point of communication with stakeholders and clients, managing expectations and providing regular updates.
  • Risk management: Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Quality assurance: Ensure that deliverables meet the required standards and that the final project outcomes are successful.
  • Problem-solving: Address and resolve issues, roadblocks, and changes that arise during the project lifecycle.
  • Software Skill: SOLIDWORKS, Primavera , AutoCAD(Mandatory)
  • Must have experience in Heavy fabrication or Renewable energy sector.

Typical qualifications

  • Education: A bachelor's degree, in Mechanical (Mandatory) .
  • Experience: 5 to 6 years of experience in a relevant field
  • Certification: Many professionals obtain certifications like the Project Management Professional (PMP) to demonstrate expertise.
  • Software Skill: SOLIDWORKS, Primavera, AutoCAD
  • Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are essential. Detail-orientation is also a key trait for success.
