Experience: Minimum 3 years in customer handling/dealing

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 CTC

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with clients and internal teams on project-based requirements.
  • Handle customer communication through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
  • Manage order follow-ups, quotations, and dispatch updates.
  • Maintain sales data, reports, and customer records accurately.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between production, dispatch, and clients.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English & Hindi.
  • Strong coordination and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, email drafting, and online communication.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple client requirements.
  • Organized, proactive, and quick in decision-making.
