Tvisha Jewlz is a luxury fine jewellery house, specializing in diamonds, polki, and jadau creations. With a focus on craftsmanship, innovation, and excellence, we are expanding our team with an experienced Production Manager to streamline and elevate our production and business processes.

We are seeking an Production Manager with minimum 5 years of experience in jewellery operations, specifically in diamonds, polki, jadau setting, and open setting techniques. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing production workflows, maintaining quality control, and ensuring timely delivery of exquisite jewellery pieces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end jewellery operations: from order receiving to final product delivery.
  • Coordinate with factory and do QC to ensure precision and quality in every piece.
  • Monitor production timelines and ensure on-time execution of orders.
  • Implement efficient operational processes to minimize wastage and maximize output.
  • Manage inventory of diamonds, polki, and other gemstones, ensuring accountability and accuracy.
  • Liaise with design and sales teams to align production with client requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards for both local and international markets.
  • Develop and maintain vendor and supplier relationships.
  • Train and mentor junior staff on process improvements and best practices.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in jewellery operations with hands-on knowledge of diamonds, polki, jadau, and open setting.

Strong understanding of production cycles, gemstone sourcing, and quality standards.

Proven ability to manage karigars and workshop teams effectively.

Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

Ability to handle high-value inventory with responsibility and integrity.

Strong communication skills for cross-team coordination.

Familiarity with ERP/operations management software is a plus.
