Role Overview
We are a bulk supplier of pure raw honey to D2C, hotels, restaurants, caterers and manufacturers in Mumbai. We are looking for a smart, reliable Office Admin to help with daily office work, client communication and sales coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend phone calls, WhatsApp and email inquiries.
- Maintain Excel sheets for customer data, stock and orders.
- Help prepare quotations, bills and delivery notes.
- Follow up with customers for meetings and sample feedback.
- Coordinate with warehouse and delivery staff for timely dispatch.
- Assist in keeping basic office records and paperwork.
Requirements
- Minimum HSC / Graduate (Freshers welcome).
- Basic MS Office (Excel, Word) and WhatsApp communication skills.
- Good speaking ability in Hindi, Marathi and basic English.
- Honest, punctual and willing to learn.
